Finally got the food an hour and a half later.
Ordered room service from Lakeside Grill, they called back 20 minutes later saying they didn't have one of the orders and asked for a substitute but were impatient and told me to call back when I figured it out. I paid for the mountain/lake view and all I could see was a roof of another area and HVAC equipment, not much of a view. Room was clean but the ac/heater was loud. Check in was easy, although I was called twice to confirm I was coming.
